Kate is an experienced teacher and tutor with a passion for helping people feel more confident in their abilities. With years of experience supporting learners and as the author of two literacy books, she brings practical knowledge, patience and understanding to every session.

Kate believes that no two people learn in the same way. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, she takes the time to understand each learner’s needs, goals and preferred way of learning, allowing them to progress at their own pace.

More than tutoring

Kate is also the founder of A Brush With Fun, where she helps people explore their creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment. While the two businesses are different, they share the same philosophy: creating a welcoming space where people can learn, grow and build confidence without pressure.

All Ages sessions take place in Kate’s welcoming studio in Mandurah. The one-to-one environment gives learners the time, individual attention and space they need to feel comfortable and focus on their progress.
